Course Description
This seminar will discuss and demonstrate several tools to organize, implement, and assess synchronous and asynchronous webcam activities in Brightspace (D2L). Participants will review several examples and methods for creating online interactive assignments and get practical, hands-on experience designing their own asynchronous and synchronous course activities. For the capstone project, participants will lead their own designed course activity with students using the tools from this seminar.
Prerequisites: TE150 BUILD: Intro to Instructional Design
Scope / Length: LEAD offerings are short-course experiences (@ 15 hours, generally over 4 weeks) that involve a mentored, guided cohort (i.e. they are not self-paced), and they are facilitated by faculty development educators.
